Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class from the UK.

All completed orders placed before 4:30pm will leave same day. Anything that has been processed after that time will leave the next working day.

Return & Exchange Policy
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken. Please contact info@minerva-wellness.com to arrange a return and obtain a returns form.
Assuming item(s) are in good condition, we will process your refund on receipt. Refunds are made to your original payment method and, depending on your payment issuers policies, should be credited to your account within 10 days.

When returning an item to Minerva Wellness, please include your full name and order number in the package. If you complete our returns form, it must also be included in your returns package, clearly labelled with your name and product intact.
